Welcome to the Official Wetwang Scarecrow Festival Website  From Sunday 24 May to Saturday 30 May 2009 the well-known Wolds village of Wetwang drew thousands of visitors from across Yorkshire and beyond during its seventh annual Scarecrow Week. The Festival raised an incredible £6,000 of much-needed funds for community events at the community's Village Hall as well as securing the ongoing upkeep of the Hall for another year. We will start planning for next year's Festival in January 2010 and will keep this website updated with useful information as and when news is available.
